To provide logistical support and coordinate a series of 5 different training programs over the course of 2013. These training programs are conducted by native English speakers and targeted at Nepali participants, many from the grassroots.

INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR HYDROPOWER TRAINING, 2012

Client Brief
To manage a 6 day training program hosted by IPPAN, featuring international trainers, catering to top level management of hydro power projects in Nepal. This event was a part of IPPAN’s yearly calendar, and the intensive training had to be professionally managed, with suitable breathers in between to break the monotony.

What we did
 Arranged all logistics – airport pickup, accommodation, sightseeing – for international trainers
 Provided the transportation, accommodation, food, training facility, and breaks for all the participants
 Managed entertainment activities after training hours to break the monotony of a residential training program. We arranged excursions and outside dinners for all participants spread over the 6 days to ensure all participants were eagerly waiting for the next day’s event
